How amazing were Iron Maiden?!?!
They were fuckin' awesome. And I would definately pay another £60 to do it all again.
Aces High, 2 Minutes To Midnight, Run To The Hills, Fear Of The Dark, Wasted Years, The Trooper, Rime Of The Ancient Mariner, Moonchild........
I was a bit worried at first, what with it being a massive venue, that I wouldn't be able to see and would end up just watching the screens all evening. But as I was meeting Tom and Matt in there, they had managed to secure a good place to stand. I don't think I would have gone so close to the stage if I had been on my own. But I could see so much...it was amazing.


The Maiden boys were all on top form, even though they are getting pretty old now. It sometimes surprises me how they do all the touring. But I am also dreading the day, when it's announced that they have had enough and announce the farewell tour. It'll be a sad day...but hopefully it won't happen for sometime.





And of course, Eddie made a couple of appearences.....





The only thing that would have made this gig perfect is if Sarah had been there. It's a shame that she missed it, as I know that we would have had the best time. And even though I don't think it would have been possible, I possibly would have sung more. I really thought that i was going to wake up with no voice on Sunday. A lot of singing, cheering and fulfilling Bruce's request of "SCREAM FOR ME TWICKENHAM".....how could I deny him when he always asks so nicely.

Bruce announced that they will be recording a new studio album, which means another tour ....WOOHOO!!!

I also finally got to meet Hobbo (one of my Halo team mates) and his wife (Steph). It was a bit weird at first and I felt like i should have been sitting there with a controller and head set on. But once we had a few drinks down our necks, it was really cool and we were back to the banter just like on Halo. I hope I get to meet up with them again.


Well..........I think that's enough for now.
I know that still have so much to update on......but it can wait for now as Iron Maiden is more important than the crap things that are going on in my life.
