I like the idea of Valentines Day, just not the fact that it has turned into a commercialized farce.
But, to be honest, if someone were to give me a nice bunch of red roses, I certainly wouldn't complain. Maybe, I don't like it because I've never been with who really cares for it or wasn't overly romantic. Even though I did have a great Valentines evening a few years back...but I won't go into details.
   This year, even though I'm in relationship, it still doesn't mean too much to me, probably because of the fact that he's over 3000 miles away. But I did have a creative moment the other day and decided that I would make him a card, which in my opinion, is better than anything that's shop bought.
