I thought that quote would be great to begin the first post of 2009 with. I'm not a massive Neil Gaiman fan, but that really touched me and made me think, especially the bit about surprising yourself.
There's nothing really much going on at the moment, apart from a possible development with my relationship. I'm not going to say too much for now, as I don't want to jinx it. If it all turns out to be true, then it's a great start to the year. Unfortunately I've had to take this information with a "pinch of salt", as I learnt the hard way not to fully trust anything until I get some kind of proof. It's a shame that I can't just trust someones word anymore.
