A bit of a long shot, but I would love to see Tim Curry as the Doctor.
Also, other "fantasy" Doctors would include, Johnny Depp, Will Smith and Harrison Ford.
Or maybe even Bill Nighy and Russell Brand.
Or even, keeping with the David Tennant look......Richard Hammond. He may not be an actor, but he sure would keep the "cute" factor in.
