Would it be classed as bullying?
I'm not entirely sure, but that's how I am feeling at work right now. I am 99% sure that I am "Public Enemy Number 1" at the moment and it's really starting to get me down.
I have yet another disaplinary on Thursday for my lateness, which isn't actually that bad. No worse than some of the other people that work there. An it's not really my fault if the train decides to sit outside the station for 10 - 20 minutes at a time.
Also, the manager wants to bring up the subject of opting out of Sundays. But why then? And why in front of HR?
It's an option that is presented to us and I should be able to use it. So why has it become such a problem all of a sudden?
I am really in need of a new job and soon.
I can't take it anymore and I really can't be sitting in that office, knowing that I am on a hit list.
Why is it that things can't all be happy and shiny?
Just when I thought that things could be looking up for me, something will always sneak up behind me and bite me on the arse....and not even in a good way.
